Shipping policy

BEDELY.COM – SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or customs factors.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.

Items shipped separately may arrive at different times.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Bedely is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

All additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES & LIABILITY

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered:

  • Please check your mailbox, parcel locker, and surrounding areas
  • Check with neighbors or building management

Bedely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery but may assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Bedely is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address information
